Compared with the same industry in China, our factory has the following advantages: material saving: 36mm-wide strip steel can be used for processing 28mm-long corrugated pipes, while common manufacturers in China can only produce corrugated pipes with the length of 25mm-26mm; large motor power (5.5Kw): 0.4mm-thick strip steel can be processed; high pipe discharging speed; the service life of the equipment is prolonged by a gear reducer; due to the adoption of a variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, the equipment is convenient to use, saves power and is durable in use.

The variable frequency motor is equipped with a gear reducer and a spot welding machine. There are totally 13 sets of molds 45-105. The machine has a full-automatic cutting function, which eliminates the process of artificially cutting metal corrugated pipes.
