Key points of ultrasonic testing tube:


1. Embedded detection pipe:


(1) Double pipe embedding, pile diameter 0.6-0.8m; Three pipes shall be buried with pile diameter of 0.8-2.0m. Four pipes shall be buried and the pile diameter shall be greater than 2.0m.


(2) The acoustic wave measuring pipe used for acoustic wave detection shall be made of steel pipe with an inner diameter of 50-60mm. The connection of the ultrasonic test tube shall be smooth and the nozzle shall be 100mm higher than the pile top. The nozzle height of each test tube shall be the same. The lower end of the ultrasonic test tube shall be closed and the upper end shall be covered. There shall be no foreign matters in the test tube and the test tube body shall not be damaged.
